A receita, que conta com ingredientes como camarão, salmão, salsinha, alho poró, tomate e cebolinha, não consta no cardápio fixo da rede, mas vale como boa sugestão para ser preparado na hora, à maneira Spoleto, e também é bem fácil de ser preparada em casa. Bom apetite!
Ingredientes:
25g de azeite
25g de alho
25g de alho poró
25g de tomate
25g de camarão
25g de salmão
25g de kani
25g de salsinha
25g de cebolinha
Molho:
Rosé (metade tomate e metade bechamel)
Preparação dos molhos:
Molho tomate:
Refogue aipo, cenoura e cebola picados fininhos em azeite (100g de cada verdura e 50 ml azeite). Quando estiver bem refogado, acrescente 1kg de tomates pelados amassados na mão e deixe ferver por aproximadamente 15 minutos em fogo médio. Tempere com sal e pimenta do reino a gosto.
Molho bechamel:
Refogue 100g de manteiga com 100g de farinha de trigo, acrescente 1,5l de leite frio e deixe ferver mexendo em continuação para não formar bolotas. Tempere com sal, pimenta do reino e noz moscada a gosto.
Modo de preparo da receita:
Coloque 25ml de azeite na frigideira, em fogo médio e, em seguida, coloque os ingredientes na seguinte ordem:
Alho, alho poró, cebolinha, camarão, salmão, kani, tomate e salsinha. Depois, acrescente o molho e refogue rapidamente durante 3 minutos. Para finalizar acrescente a massa escorrida e sirva.
